🛍️ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For custom and pre-order items, please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order ships. Each piece is made just for you with attention to detail and quality.
🚚 Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
⏳ Shipping Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, delays may occur due to:
- Postal carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Weather conditions
- High order volume during new releases or holidays
Sol & Style is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.
📦 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Sol & Style is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered, Sol & Style is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
🇺🇸 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
(You can update this if you decide to offer international shipping later.)
🎨 Custom & Pre-Order Items
All custom pieces (including our signature sets) are made-to-order.
- Please allow 3–4 weeks for production
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed
- All custom items are final sale.
